I hate netflix!
I really want to complain about netflix.
I still have DVD queue.
But they keep "losing" dvds on me. My queue gets smaller and they don't tell me or give me any indication of which dvds they have removed from their system or whatever. I call about it and they act stupid. They act like they can't tell what it is or how it happened or anything. Sometimes they tell me it will come back, but it doesn't. I have 400 movies on my queue, i can't remember every title and say hey this particular one is missing and go looking for it. I use netflix as my ultimate list and it makes me upset that I now lost quite a few titles that I may never get to see because I can't even remember what those movies were. Its so annoying and aggravating to me. Their customer service sucks.
I hate feeling confused as to what I lost and missing out on it.

Can you screen shot the page every now and then and save it?
At least you'd have the movie titles, you know?

i have done this in the past, but so long ago that the last time i did it my queue was completely different so i cant compare. i will start doing it frequently now but that doesnt solve the current mystery.
