I have a 17yr old stepson and none of his little girlfriends or friends walk around like this. Yes they may wear tanks and short shorts but not over the top make up and fishnet heel or whatever this chick is wearing.
She is beautiful but this is too much and it's sad because she is trying to look like her slutty sister. The makeup, dress and shoes all together scream hooker.
She is metamorphosing into Kim, gross.

She has had work done, 100% her face looked totally different, also there were recent pics of her boobs and they are clearly implants. Forget about the clothes a 16, 17 yr old should not be having multiple elective surgeries!

She's a beautiful girl. I know if I had her kind of money at 17 and access to beautiful clothes/makeup I would not hesitate to get dolled up. That recent bikini pic she took of herself was shameful though. Her mom should be telling her to take it down a few notches.

She is a pretty girl BUT to me, looks WAY beyond her years in terms of how she presents herself. And not just in this pic, just in general. I don't think a 17 yr old girl (regardless of how much money she has) should look a 28 yr old woman. IMO, she just looks like a little girl trying to be a grown up woman, just be 17. Dress 17.
This outfit in particular makes her look like a hooker. It's a very trashy outfit especially for such a young girl. And for everyone who says "what's the big deal".................(money aside) would you be okay with YOUR 17 yr old dressing like this???? There is NO way I'd let my DD out of the house looking like this, I don't need her attracting the WRONG kind of attention at such a young age. When my DD is 17 I want her to look 17.................not like a 28 yr old street walker.

My mom would have beat my asss if I walked down the stairs in anything like this to go out. Money or no money at 17 I was still listening and following my moms rules.
I had friends who had money at 17 and just charged away at whatever they wanted - the difference was they weren't buying clothes like this because their parents wouldn't allow them out the door in it.
If teenage girls are wearing barely there outfits at parties and to hang out that is the parents fault for allowing them out in them or giving them the money to buy it without any guidance. I also don't buy the whole 'they probably change when they leave the house' bit either. Someone is doing the laundry right?

But how? I'm really trying to understand this. She has short sleeves, There is no low cut dress. The length may be a tad short, but that is all I have.
I have a beautiful pic of my aunt where she has less clothing, but looks absolutely beautiful. It's from the 50s.
She'll be 18 in a few months. How is she shaming herself? She feels comfortable in this dress (I'm not going to talk about the bikini pic b/c it is not on topic).

Oh yeah, when I was 17 grunge was in. This stuff wasn't happening. But I can remember my older sister wearing an outfit like this when she was 19. My dad hated it, but whatever.

THIS! I don't think the outfit is bad at all. It is short, but I have seen plenty of teens wearing super teeny shorts that show more leg, and the top is tight but her top is covered up. The shoes are really what makes it look risqué IMO. I am not a fan of them, but I remember wearing some ridiculous platforms back when I was like 15. Funky and different fashion is fun when you are young.

See for me it's not so much the clothes but all the surgery and enhancements she's done at 17 to look different. Fine I get it, let's be real here: she was the most non exotic looking one out of the girls... But to take it this far is sad, sad she couldn't just be a teenage girl and felt the strong need to be a sexy bombshell at such a young age. She has her whole life to look like this.
And don't even get me started on her dating a 25 year old man which I think is illegal, no?

I don't get the argument that she's dressed fine because most other 16 or 17 year olds wear less and dress like hoochieskanks too. If she were your 17 year old daughter you'd be ok with her leaving the house dressed like this (and posting other trashy photos of herself on social media) because her peers are dressing equally as trashy (and posting equally trashy photos)? I laugh because I'm reminded of parents telling their kids "well, if your friends jumped off a bridge would you do that too?"... Kids do all sorts of stupid shit in high school. Would you be ok with your kid doing the same just because their friends are doing it too? Strangest argument I've ever heard. It's like saying "well, everyone I know is a hooker, so I decided to be a hooker too".
Why do we have to see ANY 15, 16, 17, (whatever teen) year old's ass anyway? What makes that appropriate or right?? Where are their parents that are buying them and/or allowing them to wear these hooker clothes? I wish they'd have raised their daughters to have some self respect but at 17 it's probably a lost cause. Just be sure to buy her a rape whistle before she goes off to college and pat yourself on the back on your good parenting skills and go back to watching reality tv.

A rape whistle? I'm sorry but rape has NOTHING to do with the way a woman dresses.
If, God forbid, you had a friend or family member who was raped, I would hope you wouldn't think this happened bc of the way she was dressed.
As for the previous comment about the plastic surgery that she has gotten, I agree.
