What a wild and crazy kid. The obvious next stop on this out of control downward spiral is heroin.   
ETA - I am saying this because I never watched this show and have no clue about it but is this seriously what they are considering her being rebellious?

Isn't she the oldest of the girls? Is she still single or in one of those chaperoned Skype relationships with someone from her church? If she's still single and her younger sisters are being married off already and having kids I find it odd her parents aren't marrying her off, too... Isn't that how it works in their world? The longer she goes without being paired off the less desirable she'll be and harder it will be for them to get her married. It's so sad that she's just a baby sitter to her parent's and siblings' growing brood. I hope she does focus on her education, wherever and whatever that might be, and finds her own spouse when she's ready. It'll set an example to the younger ones.

If it's true, I can see this being considered rebellious behavior in this family. They are all supposedly homeschooled (though who knows how much really besides bible teaching and creationism), there is no focus on education, and I don't think any have actually gone to college (though some might have done some online programs?)... I think one was becoming a midwife (a commodity in that family) but dropped it to get married. I don't think they've ever gone to a conventional school outside their home with classmates that weren't their siblings. The fact that she'd actually be going to a real brick and mortar school would be a big deal for them, sad as it is.

I don't believe this article. I watch all the shows and follow messageboards about them and she seems that she will never leave and they will use and abuse her to raise all the kids since Jill is gone and was basically their mother (hence the crying from the little ones when she got married).
