She was so beautiful.
She had really nice, full lips before. Why inject them?? They were naturally full and pretty.
She also had such soft features before - exotic, unique, and I thought her nose was SO nice before. It wasn't big at all, why change it??
I just don't understand it. I really don't.
And I'm the first person to say if you really feel you want plastic surgery and that it will help you feel better, to do it. But, I guess it's just so hard for me to understand why someone would want to change themselves if they look so good to begin with?? I guess it's in the eye of the beholder but it's troubling as to why she doesn't see her beauty.
It's ironic - people probably think she "has it all" and feels so great about herself... but clearly, by the way she has changed her looks so much and will likely to continue to do so, clearly she really doesn't feel all that great about herself. What a shame.

Wow...with the pictures side by side you can really see what a difference it is now. She clearly had her nose and lips done. It also looks like she had either a face lift or her cheeks done.
What a shame...she was so beautiful before. She didn't need to do all that.

She clearly hates herself to put her former pretty self through all this and to live this ridiculous life of marital "bliss" with that freakshow Kanye. She couldn't even marry for love because she's incapable of loving herself, and Kanye's incapable of loving anyone but himself. She didn't need an ounce of work done. Money really doesn't buy happiness after all. She can act all care-free and ditzy, and be an empty vapid shell while she sits on her empire shitting diamonds, but deep down she's her own worst enemy and she knows it. Whatever, boo hoo.. I don't feel sorry for this b!tch. She's famous for absolutely nothing but how many dildos she can shove up her tw@ at the same time. If she lived in Mexico she'd be pulling that little talent show with a donkey on street corners in Tijuana for tourists for the couple of pesos she could scrape together, not owning her own cable network of yes-men who serve her every ridiculous whim. There are people on this planet with real problems who will never have a fraction of what she has...
and who will never know the feeling of what it's like to shit diamonds.
