Does anyone know what the minimum would be for the smallest room they have?
I'm planning a christening and we will only be about 50-60 ppl.

I had my wedding in the smallest room at Fox Hollow...winter garden pavilion. The minimum was 100 I.think

Same here, I think my min was maybe 75-100/ Max i wanna say was 125

Minimums will depend in the room and the day. The same room can have different mins depending on the day and season.

This. I believe it can accommodate up to 100. (we had our cocktail hour in there with slightly more people and were fine). But you can look into it for less people, obviously.
Just to add, I absolutely loved that room.

As the PP said it really depends on time of day... obviously a day time party is going to be less of a minimum than night time, and as soon as you say the word "wedding" im sure the minimum goes up as well.
