Car Transport Co. - Anyone Have a Recommendation?
Hi. I need to have a vehicle transported from FLA to NY. Anyone ever done this and have a company they'd recommend?
TIA!

We used Fedex believe it or not. They contracted it out to a hauler. They did a great job and they where the most affordable at the time. We moved 8 years ago.

Re: Car Transport Co. - Anyone Have a Recommendation?
We used JoCar to transport 2 cars from NY to FL. We had a great experience with no issues at all. With one car, it was picked up on a Friday and scheduled to be delivered in FL that Monday but DH, who was still in NY, wound up in the ER and needed emergency surgery so he obviously couldn't be in FL to pick up the car. His contact person in Florida parked DH's car in his driveway for a week while DH recovered and flew down and then delivered the car as promised with no charge for holding it for a week! Plus, their prices were great! There are lots fo brokers out there who will give you great prices but then use other transporters so be careful.
ETA: We moved both cars within the past 6 months.

Thank you! I was beginning to see that as far as brokers. It's a daunting task as there are so many out there and I've been reading nightmare reviews. Seeing lots of fly-by-night companies out there as well so I truly appreciate your reply!

If you come across Relotrans avoid them. Moved Dhs car from NY to CA a few years ago. Damaged it and then gave us the run around getting money for it to be repaired.
