Where can I cash in coins without a fee? Does td bank still do this?

Yes, they do, but you need to have an active account with them.

you can always roll them and bring them to a bank (which is what we do)

If you use Coinstar and get a gift card, then they take no fee. We just did this and got one for Home Depot and another for amazon.com

DH and I use TD bank and cash it against our account. However, I've had issues with them in the past and not getting what we've given in change so now we count up what we have before we go.

I did not have an account with TD bank when I cashed in coins twice. I just went on the line, gave them the receipt, and they gave me the cash. I did this about a month ago. Two weeks later, I opened an account with them.
