No idea who Sia is, know Maddie from Dance Moms (yes she is an amazing dancer). Found the whole performance bizarre though

I finally got to watch it and I didn't think it was so weird after all. The girl dancing is reenacting the video. I thought she was just going to be twirling in circles.

She's also a brilliant songwriter who has written many, many hits for others. She's not into the spotlight which is why she mainly writes for others but her voice is out of control!
I thought it was a fabulous performance by Maddie from Dance Mom's and it was just a recreation of the video that she stars in.

The performance is a little creepy. I didn't know she won't perform facing people. She is standing in a corner facing the wall while this little girl is dancing around. The little girl is wearing a blonde wig and is wearing a nude tank top...super creepy.
I agree...wonderful dancer but creepy to put her in that outfit.

The outfit in the video really bothered me. She's 11years old! I find it inappropriate. At least she has "shorts" on on Ellen.
The whole thing is very cryptic, but I think Sia is so talented.
