I don't hate the dress, but she is NOT someone who can pull off the shorter hair. She needs long hair always.

She used to be so beautiful. I feel like the last few years she's just gone downhill...her hair looks terrible and her face looks different (not in a good way).

The dress isn't great but 3-4 inches off the bottom would help a lot.
The short hair isn't great but that style really makes it look bad.
