From the neck down I think she's look nice, she seems to be carrying her baby well.
But from the neck up,  . I don't know why people EVER mess with their face. Injections and plastic surgery never, ever, ever, ever look good.
And why anyone young even touches their face at all is even more mind boggling to me. Nothing is better than youth, don't mess with it.

I am thinking that maybe she hasn't done anything more since getting pregnant but that this is just the after effect of all the work she has had done combined with her face changing and spreading from the pregnancy.

This is what I'm thinking... that all the work she's had done is just catching up to her now that her face is changing from pregnancy and laying off the injections.
If she is still having work done, then she's just stupider than she looks!
Sadly, she looks disfigured.
