I don't know how she can deny it. I mean, maybe she didn't have plastic surgery, but she definitely had fillers put in those lips. Geez, she's only a kid. It's so sad that she prob felt like she had to measure up to her sisters.

Agreed. I might venture to say she is starting to cake on the makeup like big sister Kim and working on highlighting and contouring but I will tell you this, puberty didn't cause those lips to swell like that  . I'm sure Kris brought her in for a 2 for 1 special

When you cake on the makeup, get lip fillers and dress like that, people might just forget you're only in tenth grade.

I don't think she had plastic surgery, but I do think she had something done to her upper lip. There is no way that it could have gone from so flat to so plump on its own. The rest of it is make up. She has gone to the Kim K school of HAC. The thing is she needs to realize that she is putting herself in the public eye and the unfortunate side of fame is the criticism. If she wanted a normal life, she could choose not to be on tv like the daughter of the Osborne family.

I don't think she did anything to the upper lip. I think its drawn higher with a nude pencil and she is puckering out to look fuller. I really don't think this proves she did anything to her face. i think alot of that is makeup.

Scary that she's only 16! I don't think she had work done. Makeup can do wonders..
In a few of those pics you can see that her lips were lined higher at the top and lower at the the bottom.

OMG yes! You know I think there is some kind of photoshop tool or something that makes you look like this. Because last year I was interviewing a girl and looked at her Linked In profile and in the picture she looked like this. Doll like.
When she showed up, she looked NOTHING and I mean NOTHING like that picture.
It was so strange.
And I have seen it before too.

I have very thin lips , too. My lips looked very much like Kylie's young picture when I was that age.For years I tried makeup, lip plumping glosses , etc. nothing worked. Even after I got my top lip filled slightly with juvaderm, it was NEVER that plump. She 100% had work or fillers at least to her lips. That's beyond sad!

I just zoomed in a lot on the pic & it looks like her makeup artist created her upper lip with liner way above her top lip. Not to mention, this pic looks very photoshopped.
