Madeline and Obrecht are sisters? Really?
Only in soaps can a person's accent change (Mac went from having an Australian accent to having an American accent, Jerry Jacks went from having an Australian accent to having an English accent, and now Madeline supposedly changed her accent).

I just came on here to see if anyone put this! Who is the father going to be? I'm betting Victor Cassadine!!
As far as accents go, the actor who plays Mac has definitely acclimated to having an American accent after all these years. His is a normal progression.

Madeline is Nathans Mother a.k.a James. He is Nina Clay's brother.
He is Britt's cousin.
I feel like they do not do well with mixing in storylines throughout the week. We have not seen Patrick in at least 2 weeks.
