Whatever she did, which I think includes chin and cheek work, it looks AWESOME. She was average and now a beauty.

Alexa Rae Joel's shocking plastic surgery!!!
She made a statement after these pics came out that she has not had any plastic surgery, except for her nose job, which she has always been open and honest about. I think most of it is make-up contouring and her facial expression.

This was exactly what I was going to say. The later pic is good makeup contouring and lighting.

She's admitted to a nose job but it seems obvious that those 2 pics are YEARS apart from each other. So its not even a fair comparison.

Right, she's 28 now. That first pic looks like she's 15 and in that "awkward" phase.

She looks AMAZING! I doubt she got done anything other than her nose! The rest is just due to good make up and hair!
That nose really did her no favores because the rest of her face was always very attractive: she has good bone structure, beautiful eye, good mouth. So, once the nose was fixed all her other features started to shine as well!
I say good for her!
