DWTS!!!!
I was a little disappointed originally but then I watched the first episode (slightly on fast forward) and I am loving Danica and Candace and the Ice Skater Duo. Great!! The whole rivalry between danica and candace about jeremy miller was hilarious. I didn't realize Candace was so religious and modest. I think I am rooting for Danica but I also feel like she exaggerating the whole I'm a nerd and not cool act too much. I also felt like the female ice skater was better than her scores but in a way obnoxiously good because of her peforming and dancing skills previously perfected you know? Like she came off cocky. Still entertaining. What did everyone else think??

I liked it more than I thought it would.
Erin Andrews is a big down grade though, IMO. Can't stand her voice or arrogance.

Haven't watched it, but ever since I heard Danica as a bi&^% from an old college roommate who knew her I lost all faith. I'm sure she has changed (maybe), but I can't forget. LOL

DWTS!!!!
I liked the first episode so far. Here's my two cents:
Was surprised by how emotional Nene got. Happy to see a different side of her.
I loved Danica Mckeller growing up, and was so excited to see her. I didn't care for her at all! Waaayyyy too quirky for me!
Loved Candace and thought she danced great. I didn't know she was so religious. Then I remembered Kirk is a minister or something to those sorts!
I really liked Erin. Brooke was such a bore.
Looking forward to seeing how the season goes!

I've never really been a DWTS fan but wanted to watch because I <3 Sean Avery.
I guess I'm the minority with CCB, I thought she was good, I liked the part where they were on the floor but I didnt think it was anything SUPER great.
Both of the ice dancers were good, but thats not really shocking. I predict Meryl and Max will be dating/sleeping together before the end. But who can blame her...Max!!!
Nene was good surprisingly....I liked her attitude.
The ahem...older gentleman...I'm still not sure who he is....was....interesting....

I'm with you about Sean Avery!! I was SO disappointed with his though! First of all, I don't like Karina (she is my least favorite professional honestly). And to top it off, the contemporary was just an awful type of dance. Karina used Avery as a prop, so I was not happy about that.
I watched a few of the dances and wasn't that impressed. I duno. I probably will just watch Avery's dances on youtube each week lol.

By older gentleman do you mean Billy Dee Williams? Lando Calrision (Star wars) Colt 45 commercials?

I was so surprised by last night - I thought it was going to be a boring season but I love it!
I thought Candace Cameron did awesome and came off as very likeable. And I am totally rooting for Amy Purdy.
Sean Avery, to me, came off as being kind of an a$$ - maybe it was an act but even his dancing was mediocre at best.
I can see Charlie White doing really well. And that British teenager who I never heard of and can't recall his name but who is apparently a heartthrob - he's got some charisma to him!

I thought it was great but Im a big DWTS fan anyway. I thought Erin Andrews was so much better the Brooke who never had much personality. I think Max and Erin had some sort of relationship for a while when they were paired together.

Yeah I didnt care for the dance, the guy skater(whos names I can't remember) had a GREAT contemporary routine, i wish theirs had been more like that!

You are so right! Those were the exact words I said to my husband. He wasn't likeable at all!
I am rooting for Amy Purdy...what an inspiration.
I also liked the male ice skater. Candace seemed sweet too. Cody Simpson did well.
I prefer Erin Andrews over Brooke Bobble Head Burke any day! ;)

when peta first found out who her partner was, it was clear they had had SOMETHING going on with them in the past... and honestly they could sooo use that to their advantage - they could definitely get viewer votes with some romance goin on but then when erin Andrews was questioning them at the end, he was ALL business about it. boooring
billie dee Williams was PAINFUL to watch... he needs to go. followed immediately by Diana nyad.
the ice skater - meryl - has a huge crush on maks; it's blatently obvious. not that I can blame her, but, I hope she gets a grip lol
although I think it was kinda nice without maks last season. he's so full of himself and it gets old. I prefer val
I think that everyone that did a contemporary dance did well... I don't have a favorite yet. some seasons I'm interested in a celeb right off the bat, but not this season, so i'll have to see.
I agree with whoever said about sean... that he's not likeable at all. I don't see him going far because of that.
I like erin Andrews better than brooke... but she's going to get annoying too, I can already tell. I wish they would replace carrie ann too. I hate her!
