Spin off to Kim K's face
Here are her Before & After pics. I can't pinpoint WHAT she had done, but she looks COMPLETELY different. Maybe just a lot of Botox & fillers?
Looks like a complete facelift, but that would be nutty.

I am sure she had the world of Botox and fillers, but a lot of it has to do with the 500 pounds of makeup she wears. Her MU artist contours her face to make it look thinner, and to make her nose look smaller.

A lot of it is make up. Her eyebrows are more defined and thinner, she's highlighted and contoured to death.

This for sure. I definitely think she might have done something in addition to the botox/fillers but her makeup artists are amazing and highlighting and contouring can make one hell of a difference!

Like her nose needs to be any thinner.
She looks like an alien head here.
Personally when she has NO make up on I think she is 100X prettier. With a fuller face.
This thin face and alien head thing she has going on- NOT attractive.

I think I read that she and her sisters had laser hair removal along their hairlines, being Armenian they are naturally hairier I guess 
It looks like she had her eyes tightened a bit but I really can't see where she had other work done other than injections.

In addition to botox and makeup I think she DID have nose done, veneers--maybe something to her eyes, maybe cheeks...the face looks different like she did something to change the angles--more than what makeup can do

1. Lasered her hairline which makes her forehead wider
2. Veneers -this has changed the shape of her mouth
3. Nasolabial fillers--the area between the nose and cheeks
4. Botox in the forehead and crows feet area
5. Possibly a small nose job, although it may just be makeup contouring.
6. Maybe lip fillers, but could be that her mouth/lip shape changed with veneers.

. I agree. I also think she might have done cheek implants and a brow lift.
