Black Friday I don't shop I put up my Christmas tree but maybe Ill do it on Thanksgiving since my family sucks and I am not going anywhere this year.

We put up the tree and inside/outside stuff the day after Thanksgiving. However, this past weekend with the warmer weather, DH put up some of the outside lights but we wont be turning anything on until after Thanksgiving.

Usually the weekend AFTER Thanksgiving. Gives us a week to relax after finishing one holiday (& eating leftovers) and then bringing out the Xmas gear.

Thanksgiving weekend. DH put up the outdoor lights. I start working on the tree and inside Christmas decorations. May as well enjoy the season as early as possible!

We do all of our indoor decorrating the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. The outdoor decirations usually get done later that week

We usually start the day after Thanksgiving. Last year we went to the cemetary with DH's cousins to visit his Grandfather's grave (it was the first holiday he was gone) so we decorated that Saturday.
Not sure what the plan is for this year. It will either be the Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Hanukkah is so early this year (the night before thanksgiving) but I only decorated for Thanksgiving. I will add some hanukkah decorations this weekend, but it feels way to early for me and I am sad that the holidays collided this year. I really like having each one as its own event so I can focus and enjoy the holiday for itself. This season feels like a rush job.

Ugh I am so dreading this. I usually put off putting the tree up as much as I can. Maybe mid-December. That's the only decoration except if we get a wreath.

Glad I am not alone.
I HATE HATE HATE it.
What a tedious chore to put all those ornaments etc on.
I feel like a scrooge but I wish I could pay someone to do it. I really loathe it.
