When to start freezing ebm?
I pump 4-5 times in a 24 hr period. I have several bags in the fridge now and was just wondering at what point should I begin to freeze it?

Leave a days worth. Freeze rest. When you start to see a build up freeze it. Dont forget to date it and write BREAST MILK on bag.

When to start freezing ebm?
I would freeze it within a day or two of pumping. Do you really need to keep fresh milk in the fridge? I always found it easier to just freeze it and if I needed it later to defrost it. Just make sure you keep your bags labeled with the date and amount of ounces.

I disagree, breastmilk losses some of its immune properties and nutrients when you freeze it, try to feed as much fresh/refrigerated milk as possible.

if you're not going to give it to ds after 4-6 days, you need to freeze it. if i pump something i know im not going to use that week, i put it right into the freezer
