ISO of a family therapist
I need to talk to someone. I need help with coping with my 4 year olds behavior which I am sure is a direct correlation with the way I myself handle stress. I would like to be able to go alone and with ds and dh. I am in suffolk. I don't even know what kind of therapist/specialist need.

Try Family Psychology in Oakdale. I went specifically for anxiety but there are quite a few doctors there so there may be one specific to what you need. Good luck!
