Did they inform the police? Contact the school too. They can send out a letter to all parents. Call the district so all neighboring schools know. Then get the media involved. Do all that you can.
That's terrifying.

yes a police report was immediately filed. The school waa contacted because he had to talk to the principal and school psychologist. From what I understand, parents were notified. As far as the media, I sent my friend a message to try to get the story out.
