 Yellow and Beige/Tan Rooms
Please show me pics of your yellow and beige/tan rooms. We're trying to decide on what color to paint our living room - which shares a hallway wall and a stairway.
My floors are a natural/honey oak, the furniture is dark wood and the sofa is a copper-brown color...I also have an TV armoire that is a sage-green color.
I like the idea of an accent wall - either on the wall of the fireplace or the hallway wall or even the stairway.
If you have any other ideas/suggestions on color, I am open to them (we originally were leaning toward a grey-blue but are kind of leaning away from it now).
  Thanks!

It's Behr, I think it was called Toasted Wheat.
ETS: Actually it might have been Cracked Wheat. I am trying to figure it out from the Behr website.

 Re: Yellow and Beige/Tan Rooms
I LOVE these benjamin moore colors together...
Right now I have my kitchen and den off of it painted Desert Tan. I am trying to convince DH to do the accent wall around our fireplace in Mexicana (it is the color of the back room in the picture). But he doesn't like red I LOVE it! Good luck! Image Attachment(s):

I have my eye on the Dorset Gold. We have a similar color scheme and so think it would look nice.

I love that color - the Desert tan. It's a nice blend of the tan & yellow! Thanks for posting.

 Re: Yellow and Beige/Tan Rooms
 Thanks!
I was so scared of color My apt. was all very light beige. So I was used to that. Now that I started in the house (it all started with that red wall) and now I can't stop LOL

 Re: Yellow and Beige/Tan Rooms
Haha - that's my DH - he's afraid of color. He fight's me every step of the way and then loves it in the end So much so that he wants to paint our office in the red or orange families!!

I am pretty sure it was Cracked Wheat, Toasted Wheat looks too dark. Sorry it was 2 years ago and it was one of the first rooms we painted. It was actually the second color we put on because the first one was too light for me.
