So.... im alittle p.o'ed right now...UPDATE
i ordered my sofa, oh i dont know, about 3-4 weeks ago....
im so excited it arrives today....
they sent the WRONG sofa! nothing even close to ours!!!!
i left a message for them but are waiting to hear back.
WTH?! now im going ot hvae to wait another month???
idiots
UPDTE: they called us. its actualy in manhattan. ours and someone elses got switched. we should have it in a couple of days.

It is always something w/ furniture people! My dresser had to be sent back and they sent me the wrong pillows for my couch! So I definitely feel your pain!

ughhh - that would make me so irate. it's one item they have to get right!!! I would call the company and make them refund some of the money for the huge inconvenience!!

oh no...you have come to the right place gf! I had a place try and pull that cr*p with me. They sent me this yucky camel couch and I threw a sh*t fit. Call and complain and tell them you want to keep the couches till the correct ones arrive AND you want a discount on the ones you already purchased! If you need further help on this fm me
