can i withdraw money from my FH account?
we dont share accounts yet and i dont even bank there yet.. but if i have something in writing with his signature will they let me?

No not without being on the account or having a power of attorney filed at the bank. Before dh and I were married he filled a poa at the bank allowing me to have access to all of his accounts.
