I hear ya!
One of my close friends is getting married in Jamaica on Saturday. She wa suppossed to leave today and they cancelled ALL flights....They gave her a flight for tommorow and its tentative and Sandals said if they get hit or back up with staff the wedding may have to be postponed but they cannot yet give her an answer. She is flipping out and I HATE DENNIS!

I dont think Disney would be effected. Disney is on the east coast of FL. Looks the west coast where the gulf is located is the part that will be effected.
Today was gorgous. Hot and sunny. Not one cloud. Tomorrow is suppose to be the same. Not one sign of a hurricane looming. This weather is nuts. I guess we'll know more tomorrow through out the day because it's scheduled to hit us on Saturday

say a prayer for us please. We live right where that "H" is and it is just me and my little guy. Tomorrow we are planning on evacuated after say Goodbye to my Dh who being evacuated elsewhere and then most likely heading far away before we will get to all return to our home.
Our plywood is up and my DH is currently out (has been for the past 2 hours) trying to find gas so we can gas up our truck.
Our house *should* be fine since it is ICF and built to insane hurricane standards for Ivan we had no damage but I'm worried about what I might fine this year. It was one thing last year coming home with my DH but this year it will just be Jack and I so I am worried about what I am bringing my baby home too.
Praying that Dennis fizzles out and for a slow rest of the season.

We are under a tropical storm warning here in miami  DH and me were supposed to go to Orlando but I think we are not anymore.

So far Sarasota has been quiet. We did have a major rainstorm this afternoon. It was pouring when we looked out the back of our window, but in the front of the building it did not rain. Then out of no where the skies just opened up.
So far now feels like that calm before the storm
