New Car Decisions

So I am happily expecting twins in March and have a 2 year old now. Right now I drive an SUV, which is going to be WAY too tight to fit a car seat and 2 infant carriers. I'd prefer to get some sort of truck, but am not totally shooting down the idea of the mini van. These are the cars I want to look at:
GMC Acadia
Infinity EX37
Chrysler Town and Country
Honda Odyssey

Any other suggestions or feedback on these? We are going to start to look sooner than later since DH's lease is up on his car anyway.

I have the Infiniti JX37 and I love it. 3 rows, tons of room. I recently had 3 kids in car seats and one in a booster inside. I could have even fit another kid with us!

I vote for the GMC Acadia!

I have a 2.5yo and just had twins and we have this truck. It has worked really well for us! You definitely have to get the captain chairs for easy access to the 3rd row.

ETA: Go to the Rockville Center GMC - they had the best prices by far!

I have the opposite. 2.5 year old twins and a 4 moth old.
We have a Honda oddesy. I still can't believe I drive a mini van but it really makes things easier. Especially is you like to travel or take long trips.
The sliding doors with twins are amazing!!!! I can't tell you how many times I have parked and come back to my car having some idiot park way to close to me.

I couldn't justify buying a huge truck now when a mini can just makes life easier. In a few years when the twins are able buckle/unbuckle themselves from their carseats we will get a truck with a 3rd row.

Congrats!!

i love my explorer- 3 rows, and seems to be working so far.. can comfortably hold 6. A cheaper option would probably be a minivan- a colleague of mine loves hers..she has three in car seats..
