"Flying Fairy School" on Sesame Street
Does anyone else think this part is such an awful addition to Sesame Street? I swear I try and switch the channel before it comes on. Burping, farting, ear wax..... It's so gross! I don't think Jim Henson would approve.

No, I find them entertaining and DD loves them. I wish there were more episodes because we've got them all memorized in our house.

Yes! Hate this segment and shut it off or fast forward too!!! It's not even the gross stuff - I just find it annoying. But I tend to like the muppet stuff and dislike the cartoon segments.

It's funny because this is the part of the show my boys would become disinterested in seasame street. They never liked the segment.

Yup DD always hated it.
She loves Abby- but this part annoyed her even when she was younger.

Wow I really thought it was just DS but I guess not! He hates this segment. He literally cries when it comes on  We fast forward. I'm not a fan either, it's kind of boring. He likes Abby though, just as a puppet and not animated.

Ditto! DD definitely loses interest when Abby's Flying Fairy School comes on...I do too. lol.

That's funny. DD always loved Abby, too, but this segment never holds her attention.
Same here. DD loves Abby but not the cartoon. I kind of like that it loses her attention bc then she'll start playing a bit instead of just watching the show. I also loved that it always started as DH was getting his shoes on for work so he'd end up with the theme song stuck in his head all day which I enjoy!

I can't stand the part of Sesame. Have you tried "Play with Me, Sesame" on Sprout Channel? I find it more interesting than regular Sesame Street.

Same here. The Sesame Street I grew up with was so much better! I can't stand Fairy school either.
