Triple snap n go
I know the Peg Perego Triplette can be used with carseats. But I'm not sure if there is an actual Snap n Go. I might call Graco and Baby Trend, they might make them but not sell in stores bc they're rare KWIM?

There is something called a Triple Decker that carseats can snap into http://www.doubledeckerstroller.com/index.shtml
and then the peg Perego stroller mentioned above can also snap carseats into them. Both are very expensive, around $1000 and you have to order them online so plus shipping. If you FM me your friends FB name I will add her to the Triplets of New York Facebook page. The best way to get these strollers are to purchase them second or third hand. Unfortunately there is not GREAT triplet stroller. I have 3 of them and cannot say i really love any of them. Now that my triplets are two we use our radio flyer wagon majority of the time.
