Nanny question
Just wondering if anyone can provide some input. What is a typical weekly salary? I wanted to hire someone 3-4 days but instead of paying hourly, I was thinking a salaried job. Any idea on what that would cost? We currently pay someone hourly for 2 days but she's leaving us :(

I think it would all depend on the hours you are looking for per day.
We had a nanny/babysitter who we paid a daily rate of $120 1 day/week (we are gone from 7am-6pm) and if we used her on additional days for a few hours at a time it was an hourly rate of $15.

That's why I'm confused - we pay $165 from 8AM-7PM, exactly $15/hour. It's a fortune at 2 days.
