How long did it take you to TTC each DC? Was it about the same with each or was there variation?

DD (#1) - Tried for maybe 4-6 months on our own then went to the RE, started Metformin, ovulated and conceived with our first IUI.
DS (#2) - Went back to RE when our DD was almost 2. Had all IUI's with Clomid. Had about 5 that failed plus 2 miscarriages and a chemical pregnancy. Gave up. Went back around a year later and paid OOP for an injectables with IUI cycle, it failed. Got pregnant naturally two months later. DS was born when our DD was exactly 4.5 yrs old so it took us 2.5 yrs to have baby #2.

DS #1- Took total of 8mths which includes a miscarriage in there.
#2(im currently 6 weeks). Same month I had my IUD removed!

DS 1 - first month off pill, got pregnant. Was about to turn 35.
DS2- tried for four months, used CB Easy Fertility Monitor to track ovulation. Got pregnant after the fourth month, just after turning 37.

Congrats!! 
For me, it took 6 months for our first, and 1 month for our second.

Started TTC as soon as we were married. got a BFP 3 months later, ended in MC.
Never had a period after the MC so saw an RE. Got BFP 2 months later.
had my first DD. got pregnant with DD2 naturally on my own 6m after I had DD1

Technically not trying but we were not preventing
Ds1 2years ( officially trying for a year)
Ds2 18 months
Ds3 13 months
I don't have regular cycles and often skip months getting a period.

Thanks everyone!
#1 - first cycle off the pill
#2 -- not preventing for maybe 2 months then trying for 3 (bfn, chemical, bfn). Still TTC but hoping it won't be too much longer. Guess we were really lucky the first time

I'm not BTDT but I've heard several stories of women who had difficulty conceiving #1 but had no problems conceiving #2 and vice versa - easy time conceiving #1 but difficulty conceiving #2.

DS#1 tried 7 months on own, saw RE, did 3 failed IUI & then got pregnant on first IVF, about a year total.
DS#2, not trying, got pregnant 3 months pp from first.

DS # 1 - i think it was 7 months after a MC after trying for 1-2 months and we had to wait a few months after that.
DS # 2 - Let whatever happen happen and it was immediate.
