What the heck was that? Did you see that woman just barge in and then the lady in the red dress run out? Here I am thinking Kate and Wills are back there just waiting to make their appearance. Looks like it'll be a little longer.

I'm surprised at the crowds -- behind the metal barracade -- they are SO close to where William and Kate, with baby, will be standing! Amazing for those people but I guess the jaded New Yorker in me is like hello security - move them back! LOL!

I feel like I just saw the top of Kate's head - from her eyes up on the right door in the upper clear stripe - standing inside, waiting. I think but maybe I'm crazy!
