2 nights away with DH...where to go?
The inlaws have offered to watch the girls for 2 nights in August so DH and I can sneak away (last time they did this I got preggo with DD2...I hope that's not what they are thinking!  )
Where would you go? We'll do a short flight (3 hours or less).

for two nights i would go out east...we just went out on the north fork and had an amazing time!! you can hit the wineries, go out to good dinners, and just have much needed relaxation time  Or if you like the beach better try montauk - it might be hard to find a place but we were able to with a couple of weeks notice.

Go out East for the weekend?

I love cape may. Go to the beach during the day and dinner at night. So relaxing!

My family has a house in the Hamptons so we're always out there. Cape May sounds fun! What about short flights? Bermuda? Bahamas? Aruba? Never been.

Aruba is not a short flight- 5 hours if I recall.
Bahamas is around 3 hours?
Bermuda is the shortest flight but for 2 nights I am not sure I would bother with passports, airports, security, bag check etc.
How about Martha's Vineyard or something like that?

2 nights away with DH...where to go?
We just went to Block Island for a couple of nights without the kids. It was nice but, would have been better if the weather was nicer.
Maybe Charleston or Savannah, GA?
