I just ordered a few items. How long does it take to get my shipment?
Any reviews on the quality of their clothes? I just ordered a few petite skirts, tutu's and a costume. They were so cute but now am afraid if the quality is any good.

this...some are really bad quality
agreed- its hit or miss. I only buy brands that I know are good quality now from them because have been burned a couple times

I just called and they said I should get it by the end of the month. If I don't I can refuse the package and I will get my money back or if I do accept it, I can return and get a store credit. Does this sound right?
I ordered a few stuff for my niece bday which is on Aug 10. The rest is for our trip in September.

Usually 3-4 weeks.
Its not the Zulily has poor shipping, it bc of the structure of the type of business model it is.
Usually, on every item listed it says "estimated to ship in x to x days

This is usually wrong - I double the estimated time and it usually still isn't here.
If it takes forever or the quality is no good just email them and they will give you credit. I have gotten like $75 in credits from all the bad experiences I have had with zulily! At least their customer service is good!

No but that brand is ALWAYS on there so it can't be terrible.

Shipping stinks.. I am an addict... I ,now it takes forever so now I am only buying things for fall....
Also another tip, if you are buying numerous items, I buy the cheapest one and use the shipping on that one, then everything else is free shipping..

It's hit or miss and completely dependent on the brand of the clothing item. Zulilly is just a middle man. I ordered a ton of Jelly The Pug stuff recently, and it all came within 2 weeks. That's really the only brand I order off there anymore. I ordered some bathing suits once, and the quality was awful, and the sizing was way off.

Everything I ordered recently came within 10 days ( 7-8 shipments) . Haven't had any long time shipments in a long time with them...
