Is this normal?

My dd is 10w. She is desperately trying to roll from back to front. Her arm keeping getting stuck. She's not crying but she is loudly fussing. Dh keeps picking her up and has 0 interest in bring held. So he put her back on her back and she went right back to trying to rolling over and yelling in a way. Is the loud fussing normal? She sounds so upset.

yes dd is doing the same thing. until they get it they will fuss
