Question for the organic mommas
My dh's ds is spending the summer with us. I'm a heallth nut, but step son isn't used to eating that way. He's not picky and seems pretty open to eating a variety of foods. What clean, whole food meals do your kids like ? What have you had success with? The only dietary restriction is no red meat. Thanks !

Question for the organic mommas
My dd loves sunflowers seeds. I also feed her nuts now that she's old enough. Not sure how old your dc is though.
Also try vegetable or kale chips. That and a lot of fruit. My dd loves it!!
