Worried sick

I had 4 1/2 month old DD in my bed over night bc she kept waking up. My intention was to wait until she fell asleep and then move her to her crib like I've done so many times before. I never go to sleep when she's in our bed but last night I must have been more tired than usual and I fell asleep. When I woke up, the corner part of a pillow was over her face. I panicked. When I moved the pillow and felt her stomach, there was a pause which felt like frever but then she was breathing normally. It was probably just a paise on her breathing, right? THIS is why I try never to sleep with her in the bed. I put her in her crib. She still woke up as usual for her bottle later in the night. She seems fine today.

Is there any chance that she may have gone some time without being able to breathe??? Would she have moved an fussed at this point if she was havin touble? Should I be concerned/call the dr, etc? Anyone have a similar experience??? Worried sick!

Sounds like she's fine. I would suggest to refrain from taking the baby to your bed again though.

Re: Worried sick

She sounds fine. Sometimes they breath so shallow. Dd is a deep sleeper and has scared the crap out if me several times. Not in my bed but rnp with her face free of everything.
