Question for Jar Food Users
What brand's did you use to allergy test all veggies/fruits?
We started DD on Earth's Best Stage 1, and are ready to move on to Stage 2. But many of their Stage 2 blends contain fruits or veggies that aren't offered alone (i.e. one jar has bananas, peaches, and raspberries).
Did anyone introduce some Stage 2 mixes without allergy testing each individual item?

I did the blends without waiting and had no problems, but my DS did not have a reaction.

I used Gerber.
I used the stage 2. I figured if he wasn't allergic to all the things in stage one I would probably be fine. Stawberries is the only thing my Dr said to watch for.
But even now he has table food that maybe he has never had....I don't worry about allergies.
Once i got through the things on the allergic list - Peanuts, seafood, strawberries etc. I never worried.

Question for Jar Food Users
If you've given 2 out of the 3 ingredients in the mix then you can use that to test the new ingredient. For example, if you've given peaches and bananas on their own then you can give them peach, banana, raspberry mix since only one thing is new. I found I was always able to do that with the stage 2s.

Question for Jar Food Users
Since my DS had a reaction to stage one peas, when my ped stated to do stage 2, I stayed with no mixes. Especially not the berriers. I do use Earths Best and there is a Gerber called Nature Select that I make sure only has the fruit or veggie and water as their ingredients. As for bananas, peaches and spinach, I make on my own. Not too bad to do. Good luck !

Plum Organics also sells "Just" stuff, like just mango, just peaches, etc. They're great and I mix them too. I like Ella's kitchen too
