Similac - Checks and Formula up for grabs
I have 2 $5 checks expiring 7/10 and 1 $5 check expiring 7/23. Also have a can of Similac Sensitive and Similac Advanced and 4 Similac RTF newborn nursettes.
I am in Bayside and can meet in the area for pick up.

How do you sign up for those? I think I did at my Dr.'s office the first time, but I don't rember. I would like to start getting them again.
