"Big Kid" Swing
When was your DC able to use a "big kid" swing? As in, hold on and pump their legs independently.

If I remember correctly DD1 was maybe 4/5 years old. She really couldn't "get going" until 5/6 though.

Ds is 4 and he can sit ans stay on when pushed we are working on pumping his legs so you can swing on his own.
