How late can the neighbors blast their music?
There must be some kind of party going on nearby. Sounds like a DJ and the bass is driving me nuts. DD has a fever and is stirring around in her crib. So annoying!!!!

I think 11. If its a dh I'm sure they will end at 11 or they get fined. If they are still at it past then call the cops.
