***weekly menu 6/11***
I have been SO bad with this and NEED to get back to it. Especially with the farm share, I don't want everything to go to waste!
We were away this weekend so my menu really start today:
Tues: Last day of Little League, team party at the local pizzaria
Wed: Hotdogs, beans & smiley potatoes
Thurs: ST asian-glazed-chicken-thighs, 'Fried' brown Rice with tons of Asian Veggies, and yummy-bok-choy-salad/
Friday: ST grilled-hawaiian-teriyaki-burger, Baked sweet potato fries, arugula-watermelon-and-feta-salad-recipe, and kale chips
Sat: Little League Trophy Day & Carnival!!! Going to play it by ear.
Sun: Father's Day BBQ: Rib Eye, Baked Potato, and Salad. Making Lemon Ricotta Cookies for DH

***weekly menu 6/11***
I've been to the grocery store too much lately and spending too much so I need to get back to planning better!
Mon- Bisquick cheeseburger pie and homemade fries
Tues-Rotisserie chicken, rice pilaf, roasted veggies (acorn squash, sweet potatoes, tomato, onion, carrots)
Wed- ST Broccoli chicken noodle casserole, green salad
Thurs- ST Santa Fe chicken over cilantro lime rice with corn salad
Fri- burgers, green salad, sweet potato fries, corn (Should have been leftovers but I forgot to put them in the fridge last night. Uggh!)
Sat- leftovers
Sun-Homemade pizza and salad

We were away all weekend; Monday was just whatever we could find in the house.
Tue - homemade sauce, spaghetti, salaf
Wed - I participated in a 5K with work at night, so we all hit up John's pizza for food after
Thu - veggie burgers and fries
Fri - if it's nice out, grilling portabellos and having salad
Sat - have a family party to attend

Monday: Made meatballs in a thick tomato stew/soup.
Tuesday: Leftovers from Monday
Wednesday: Beef chili.
Thursday: Going out to eat
Friday: Salmon with quinoa salad
Saturday: We're hosting our housewarming/BBQ party, so tons of stuff.
Sunday: Leftovers from Saturday

Sunday: Grilled Rib, Grilled Sausage, Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella
Monday: Breakfast for dinner
Tuesday: Potstickers, Stir fried veggies
Wednesday: Grilled Porterhouse, Mashed Cauliflower, ST Zucchini Tots
Thursday: Whole Wheat Pasta with Shrimp and Marinara (Spaghetti Squash for me)
Friday: Maybe homemade Pizza
Saturday: ??
