White Post Farms Bday Parties

I'm thinking about having my twins 2nd birthday party at WP Farms.

Did anyone ever have a birthday party here? How was it? The organizer at White Post is trying talk me into having a festival party, which will include hayrides. Did anyone have a festival party in September? What do they do if it rains? Are the favors provided nice or cheap? Please any info would be helpful. TIA

We had our son's 2nd bday party here & I 100% recommend them!
They do everything, you won't have to worry about a thing. The party attendants were amazing with the children. Everyone had a lot of fun & their wraps & cake are delicious. They have parties rain or shine, they are well prepared if it rains. Didn't do the festival, his bday party was in November on the last weekend they do outdoor parties.
They book up real quick, but it looks like you already spoke with someone that works there, so I'm sure they told you that.
They really do such an amazing job, I have a pics in my album from his party if you want to take a look!
ETA: the favors were cute!

I had my sons 2nd there and it was amazing. people are still raving about it. I would have his party again there this year but he picked bouncers instead. We took the early time slot and all of our guests stayed at least 3 hours after the party enjoying the farm. the favors are all great and are in their office if you want to look at them. We did the hats and every kid left wearing it.

I had my DD's fourth birthday there and we loved it. It was very expensive and I believe it is even more expensive during the Fall festival. Her birthday is in September but it was the weekend before the festival started so it wasn't that expensive. They did a pony ride, fed the animals, and the bounce houses were out. They did the playground after the party. Honestly, it was one of the best parties I had for my kids. There was a huge selection of favors. We chose the cupcake piggy banks for girls and the cow banks for the boys. They were personalized with their names and they were adorable! I would highly recommend it! It was a blast, a pricey blast, but a blast. If you could get away with doing it in early September, I would. It was less expensive and the weather was beautiful! I think if it rains they bring the party indoors, pony ride and all.

We had my DS's 3rd birthday there this past March and it was great! DS and all the other kids had such a great time. They took care of everything down to the cake and favors. We chose the personalized sand pail favors, they were cute. Not cheap at all, IMO.
The Easter Bunny was there the weekend of his party so after the party, a bunch of our guests hung out by the playground, took pics with the Easter bunny, etc.

We ordered sandwiches, wraps, and a salad for the adults and the food was so good. I would highly recommend having a party there!

I love the place! They are so cut & fun & take care of everything, but are really quite $$$ (so I haven't thrown a party there yet).

I have worked several white post farms events and LOVE them. I thought the price was fair but I only saw what was online not the complete breakdown. The kids are completely entertained through out the entire party, no need for a dj/other entertainers. food was included, staff were amazing and I thought it was great. Try to get the first party so not everyone is there yet. I found it much less hectic that way (especially for what i do.)
