maybe a tmi question but...
c section ladies, how many inches is your scar? and how long ago was c section?if you don't mind sharing I'd appreciate it.

It will be 2 years next month and it's hardy there. Maybe 3 inches.
That was with DS2. The OB cut out the last c section scar out from DS1.
Difference - DS1 was a crash c and he used staples. Scar was raised and I hated the way it looked.
DS2 - scheduled c and the OB cut out the last one and it was sewed together with dissolvable stiches underneath. Hardly noticeable.

Mine is probably about 4 or 5 inches. I just had mine 3 weeks ago, so you can still see it. I'm hoping it eventually fades.

Mine is about 4 - 5" (at work so can't measure it).
I got it on 12/21/12 and it is still very prominent. Not only is it raised, but it's dark pink. Oy!

Mine is about 4-5 inches as well. It has faded in color but it is noticeable. I know mine is bigger as my son partially delivered foot and tush first and his head and other foot were high up, so they needed to reach in a lot to pull him back up and out. I had a repeat c/s for dd so the scar is a little longer from her c/s to encase the older c/s. My scars are almost 4 years old.

My scar is 6 inches long.. I just measured lol. Its a little bumpy in spots but the redness has gone down a lot. I had mine on 3/21/12.

I thought the same thing mine is 7 and a half inches and was wondering why it's longer than everyone else's

Mine is 4 inches and I had my c/s about 7 1/2 months ago. It is still numb, but not as much as it used to be. Also, it's completely flat.

Mine is 6" and was done 19 weeks ago. I think mine is a little bigger because DS was breach with the cord wrapped around his neck and it became a dangerous situation where the dr had to get him out quickly! I don't care how big or dark or lumpy it is because I have my little miracle!
