4 month old

What is your 4 month old's eating and sleeping schedule like?
Are most of you using the exersaucer yet?

Dd is almost 4 months and I'm curious about this too. We are going to try the exersaucer this weekend actually.
In terms of her schedule...she's still not sttn so here it is

Wake up and nurse around 730 (me waking her for daycare)
Bottle at 930
Nap for about 1.5 hours
Bottle at 12:30
Nap for 30 mins
Bottle at 330
Nap for about an hour
Nurse at 630
Bath
Nurse at 930 then bedtime
Wake up around 3am and nurse

DS schedule at 4 months--

He would wake up around 7-7:30. 6oz bottle. Sometimes a short nap (but not always). He'd have a 6oz bottle every 3-4 hours. Naps were random- we don't have a certain nap time.

We started putting him in the exersaucer. I'd put a pillow under his feet and roll up blankets and put them in the exersaucer. We did a lot of tummy time too.

no solids yet, in another few weeks. she does ok in the exercauser but only lasts 10-15 mins at a time.

ETA naps are totally inconsistent at this point.

Wakes somewhere between 4:30-5:30 am. Drinks 6-8 oz, falls back to sleep for 2-3 hours.

Wakes for day around 8:00.

6 oz. at 9:30-ish

cat naps here and there throughout the day. 30 minutes. maybe an hour.

Some days we'll get a 2-3 hour nap in the afternoon. She mostly naps in her crib.

DH picks her up at 4:30

5:30 6-8 oz bottle. She may doze after this bottle, which is great because we can eat dinner. Otherwise we take turns entertaining her while the other eats.

7:00 bath (every other night)

7:30-8:00 last bottle, drinks 4 oz or so.

Usually sleeps through the night, about 8-9 hours.

Wakes up around 6-7am and has a 6oz bottle. He has 6oz every 3-4 hours.

He takes 2 or 3 naps during the day, anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours.

He gets a bath every 2-3 nights.

Final bottle at 9/9:30 and then he sttn!

4 month old

DD wakes up like 6:30 during the week for daycare and about 7 on weekends. She has 4-5oz in the morning, and drinks 4-5oz every 2 to 3 hours. She never really drinks more than 5oz at a time.

We bathe her every other night, and she gets put to bed around 7 at night. She wakes up around 11-12 to eat, then sleeps the rest of the night. She doesn't sttn....because around 2 or 3 she fusses because of gas so I put her next to me in the bed and she stays asleep there until the morning.

She started in the exasaucer about 2 weeks ago....and we put her in the jumperoo last week and she LOVES it! We put stuff under her feet but she can stay in there for 30mins or a little more no problem. She had really good neck control early on.

4 month old

DS is only 3.5mos but this is where he's at:

He wakes up at some point between 6-7am.

6oz bottles at 7am, 11am, 3pm & 7pm (He doesn't always finish the 7am bottle) We're not doing solids until 6mos so he is only getting bottles.

After the 7pm bottle he gets a bath every other night and we do our bed time routine.

He falls asleep for the night between 8 & 9.

At 11 pm he gets a 5oz bottle and a diaper change and he sleeps through the whole thing. We are slowly weaning him off of this feeding... he's really only taking about 4.5oz of this bottle.

As for naps during the day he's really only cat napping at day care. He takes 3-4, 20-40 minute naps. He'll take a longer nap from when I pick him up at 5 until 6. He's starting to stay awake a little longer when I pick him up which is nice so I can spend more time with him. I always consider it a win when he's still awake when we pull up to the house after day care
