what's going around?
last week DD had a stomach bug and we had to take her to Good Sam for and IV and bloodwork but she turned out to be fine and got better in a couple days. Today I picked her up early from daycare because she had a fever, but when I took her to the doc everything else was fine and the doc doesn't think it is connected to the stomach bug last week. Anyone else dealing with something similar?

what's going around?
Two weeks ago my DS had a fever between 103 and 104 with no other symptoms. It just lasted about a day and that was it, no rash or anything.

My DS was sent home from school last Friday with a low grade fever. It lasted through Saturday with no other symptoms, and was gone by Sunday. So strange...

We had that same stomach bug a few weeks ago. My one year old was sick for 5-6 days and we almost landed in the ER also but I force fed him Pedialyte. He still had the fever for almost a week after the vomiting ended and was not really himself for most of that time.

My dd has had fever since Wed. Vomiting, went to Dr. they say just a virus I hope today is the last day.

DD had a bug in mid april and was hospitalized for the weekend as well.. it was horrible. It went through each of us but she had it the worst..

OMG yes!!! last Friday, we had our 4 month old at Winthrop. She was vomiting everything over a 24 hour period, diarrhea etc.
She is STILL off. Now she seems majorly congested, coughing, sneezing. Vomitting from coughing. Post nasal drip etc.
She has not been sleeping well at all this past week  KILLING me

I know of three infants this week with the Roseola virus. VERY High fevers for 3 to 4 days then a full body rash.

DD's fever broke Saturday night and then Sunday she started with the rash. Took her to the ped today and it's definitely roseola. She's not contagious anymore though and is totally fine otherwise. Back to daycare tomorrow!
