Pediatrician in West Islip
I am posting for a friend of mine.
Her son's pediatrician left the practice she goes to and wants to find someone else. She doesn't really like the other doctors in the practice she currently goes to. Does anyone reccommend a doctor near West Islip?

We use Suffolk Pediatrics (Dr. Woletsky, Dr. Zanolin and Dr. Uythoven) accross from Good Sam.
I've also heard good things about Dr. George (there are 2. I know people who use both- Dr. Timothy George on Higbie isn't as good as the other one- from what I've heard) and Dr. Grello

We go to Dr. george on Higbie and absoutly LOVE him and all the Dr's there. About 6 of our friends go there too and love them all.

We use Dr. Timothy George on Higbie. They are great about always scheduling for an emergency visit but I do find wait times to be long. Anytime we go, including well visits usually a 1hr affair

We use Suffolk Pediatrics. We usually see Dr. Woletsky, but have seen Dr. Zanolin and the newer female doctor, and we like them all.

Same here. Too many issues with that office. We've had to find a new physician.
Also- PP is correct, he does not accept new patients, so I don't think that's an option for you :(

We use Suffolk Pediatrics. We've mostly seen Dr. Woletsky. I've seen Dr. Uthoven for an emergency visit and liked her a lot.

we see dr eldose george in w islip but plan on switching - we dont hate him, but he doesnt tell us any information unless we ask (ex. he didnt tell us what foods to give baby when he started solids, when he should have milk, etc), hes not very personal either, but i do think hes knowlegeable and knows what hes talking about

Only accepting newborns. We interviewed them prior to choosing them. I highly recommend interviewing.

We use Dr. Timothy George's practice but we see Dr. Vancura and we love her! Of course we see any of the doctors when DD is sick but always try to see Vancura when we can.
We also like Dr. Bilder in the same practice.
