Are wall decals really annoying to put up?
I want to get a big dinosaur decal for my DS big boy room and then a quote for the twins' nursery. Are they really annoying to put up? Are they difficult to take down when we don't want them up anymore? I guess what I'm really asking is... Will my DH kill me for making him do this??

very easy to put up. can't help with the taking down as ours are still up.

We bought a custom rub on one for DS's room from Etsy and it wasn't difficult to put on at all. We rubbed it on the wall really well before pulling off the backing paper and it came out perfectly on the first try.
I have no experience with taking it off yet!

Nope not at all!!! I even put my decal on a wall with stripes so it had to be perfect and straight! I was so nervous but it was easy and came out great.

Ours was easy as well - needed 2 people for the letters but DH put up the train by himself (with placement input from me of course  )

Very easy! Just tape the paper on first to ensure it's placed where you want, & go slow applying.
BUT they left a terrible residue on the cheap builders paint that was originally on the walls. So it had to be sanded & primed prior to painting it when we changed the room to a preschooler's room.

We just put some up. They are easy to put up. I did move some and they were easy to move, but I am not expecting it to be easy after they have been there for years. But they were worth it since I wont hang any pictures over DDs head/bed.

Maybe I did something wrong, but the one I got was a pain to put up. It had lots of branches and little details and parts of it didn't want to separate from the backing paper and started ripping... ugh! I did manage to get it up by myself and it looks perfect, but never again!

Yes, they are very easy to out up. Like the above posters, no clue about taking them down be ause ours are still up.

i got some from the brand wall pops and they are so easy to put up and take down. i ordered some smaller ones from etsy and they were not as easy

We got ours from Simple Shapes. There were a lot of pieces to line up (branches, leaves, monkeys, etc.), so it took awhile, but it wasn't difficult. Lucky for me, DH has a good eye for all of the spatial stuff. It was fun and looks great! No advice on taking it down though.
