Around 2 weeks pp I would say. I still wore a pad until the other day just in case but I haven't been bleeding (3 weeks pp now).

I felt 100% like myself pain wise in a week. I think.the bleeding stopped completely in about 2 weeks.

I stopped bleeding within a week or so, but I had some pain for about 2 months. Hang in there, it does get better!

After my first, it took about a week and a half to be completely pain free (I had some bad tearing though), and 6 and a half weeks before I completely stopped bleeding. After my second, I felt completely normal after about 3 days, and stopped bleeding after about 2 weeks.

The soreness went away after about 2 weeks but I spotted off and on until 8 weeks pp.

I bled for about 4 weeks... Don't remember when the pain went away though... Maybe within 1-2 weeks

Bleeding, around 6 weeks.
I had 4th degree tears every.single.time. and always with some kind of healing complication, hematoma, infections, etc. So it was a good 4-6 weeks every time before I wasn't in pain anymore.
Im the exception and not the norm though, so I hope you feel better MUCH sooner!

Bleeding stopped after 4 or 5 weeks, I think. The pain lasted a loooong time and I thought it was normal. Finally, after 7 or 8 weeks, it hurt so badly that I went back to the OB and it turns out that two of my stitches hadn't healed right. He had to fix it and within a few days I was pretty much 100%.

Yes, I had one or two stitches that hasn't healed properly and once my ob removed them at my 6w pp checkup, I felt much better.
