What does your DC eat your dinner?
DS is 3 and very picky about food. I feel like we always do the same routine (mac and cheese, fishsticks or nuggests).
Any reccos of different, more nutritious meals that are geared towards kids, especially toddlers?

Polenta cut into sticks with marinara for dipping. I cook polenta in chicken broth (homemade or organic low sodium) with some cheese and butternut squash! Lo loves it. I think I might try it with some spinach in there too.
Quesadillas, soft tacos
Turkey meatballs/meatloaf/burger - u can sneak a bunch of veggies in which also keeps it moist
I honestly try to give dd a taste of everything we eat and not just "toddler" food.

My 3.5 year old is extremely picky. He eats the following
Chicken fries
Carrots
Pizza
Mac n cheese
Pasta with butter & peas mixed in
Hot dogs
Chicken sausage
Turkey kielbasa

My son drives me insane with his eating habits. He rarely tries anything new and eats zero veggies except broccoli! His typical dinners include:
Pasta (either with butter & cheese or sauce)
Pasta with evoo, garlic & brocolli
soft tacos with meat and cheese (sometimes black beans)
cheese (sometimes chicken)quesadilla
breakfast for dinner (eggs/waffles/cereal)
cheese sandwich
bacon sandwich
fish sticks
pizza
Annie's macaroni & cheese
salad with turkey and cheese (rarely)
rotisserie chicken & mashed potatoes
noodle soup
grilled cheese
fruit

My dd is 3 & eats what we are eating for dinner. I have never made anything different for her. There are some instances like tonight where we are having a veggie I know she doesn't like (swiss chard & mushrooms), so I made her carrots. I still put the veggie we ate on her plate, she didn't eat it but it was still offered.

What does your DC eat your dinner?
my girls love creamed spinach or softened broccoli with a bit of melted american cheese. How about well cooked ravioli or manicotti? alfredo sauce on anything is always a big hit. I also let them dip stuff in ranch dressing. They love soups too. Tomato soup, chicken soup etc.
If they are eating too much junk i will also make sure they eat some sort of fruit/yogurt/cereal combo or a smoothie etc.

DS is beyond picky and will not even try any veggies. I buy the Barilla veggie pasta which he likes, so at least he's getting some sort of vegetable. He also regularly eats:
Chicken nuggets
Turkey meatballs
Oatmeal
Pizza
Hot dogs
Mac n cheese
Mr. Nutrition over here!!

My twins eat:
Chicken fries
Mac and Cheese
Green Beans
Pasting or any pasta with butter or Chicken broth
Hot dogs every once in awhile
Grilled Cheese
French Fries
Smiley Face Mash Potaoes French fries
Pizza
Not very healthy, but they are very picky.

My DS is 17 months and he will eat anything we are eating. He loves most veggies and meats.
We don't eat anythign crazy so its usually chicken, starches, veggies.

They both eat what we eat. If it's something new and they don't like it we make a grilled cheese or some soup. If they just don't want to eat then they don't. Before bed they both get 1/2 an apple or some fruit and cheese or yogurt. I don't make separate meals for them and never have. When we go out we do not order from the kids menu. They split a meal between them or eat from our plates.

DD used to be such a good eater. She'd eat anything we put in front of her - never said no to anything. Now at 22 months she is crazy picky. She'll eat:
Chicken nuggets (But they have to be the kind she's used to. If we go out and I get her chicken fingers, she won't eat them, even if I cut them up.)
Mac n' cheese or pasta with butter or sauce with peas
Raviolis
Spinach pancakes
Veggie burgers
Scrambled eggs
Occassionally she'll eat the veggies I give her with it all.
Oh, and pizza. Loves pizza.

My kids are still VERY PICKY also We eat all the basics you mentioned. I have a twin the loves broccoli but there are many days I admit still giving my twins baby food vegtables. They seem to LOVE THEM. Atleast I know they are getting something.
They are 19 months

If DD hasn't had veggies or as eaten a lot of junk I still give her the baby food pouches that have veggies in them. She loves them. It works. It's easy.
