loss of appetite after birth (c-section)
Hi! I just had my DD via C-section on Tuesday. I've noticed that since the C-section I've literally had zero appetite. I basically just force myself to eat and I can barely finish my meals. I am also breastfeeding as well. Did anyone else experience this? If so, how long did it last?
Thanks! Looking forward to being on this board now!

Congratulations! same here. it took about a week for me.

I had a vaginal birth and had very little appetite for a week or so as well.

Yes. I didn't seem to want to eat for a solid week after his birth either.

I had zero appetite for almost 2 weeks, it slowly got better. Congrats!

Congratulations. Yes, each of my kids, bag or section my appetite decreased. You need food for the energy, so try small amounts more frequently

I didn't have a c-section but after birth I also had no appetite. I had no desire to eat, I wasn't hungry, and most food generally just turned me off. It eventually returned to normal

Totally normal! I didn't get my appetite back until after AF showed up again... at about 6 weeks. I ate, just not a lot and made sure what I was eating was healthy. It helped with the weight loss
