Toddler Not Sleeping Enough

Is 11 hours of sleep enough for a 20 month old?? My DD used to sleep for 11-12 hours at night, plus she would nap for at least 1-2 hours during the day. For the past 2 weeks or so, she sleeps for 11 hours at night, and then she doesn't take a nap all day! I try putting her down for her nap and leave her in her crib for 45 minutes-1 hour, but she doesn't fall asleep. She doesn't cry, but she just hangs out in her crib and starts saying "mama, mama, mama" after awhile.

Also, I'm very pregnant and in serious nesting mode, and I can't get anything done because I am flipping exhausted from her lack of sleep. Is there anything I can do to get her naps back/help her sleep longer at night??

My DD went through a nap regression right before her 2nd bday for a couple of weeks. She used to nap for 2-3 hours during her naps. She would scream bloody murder wheni would put her in! I asked my ped and he said she might be giving them up, but I knew she wasn't bc she was sooo tired. He told me to continue to offer them and maybe let her cry. I did just that and she went back to her normal schedule. I say it's just a nap regression. She slept fine at night. Just her naps she fought. Also I think 11 hours of sleep is fine for a toddler, all children are different.

My toddler did this as well before he turned 2. He still tries to skip a nap hear and there, but he's not ready to give them up yet. He only sleeps 9 hours at night, so if you include his naps, he sleeps a total of 11 hours.
If he's irritable and starts having a tantrum, i put him in his room and let him cry. Most of the time he just runs to his bed and lays down after crying for 5 minutes.
