Cold teethers?
Do you use them cold or frozen for LO? And at what age did you start?
Dd is 14 weeks and is nawing on her fingers...my fingers....anything she can. But she doesn't have the coordination to hold a tether in her mouth herself yet. I hold it for her. How would I know when she needs comfort from a cold or frozen one?

Cold teethers?
At that age chomping on things is how they explore the world. Totally normal. I usually only worry about a cold teether if DD seems to be in pain (like crying while she chomps). No harm in offering them at any time though. Some days DD is into it and some days she's not.

we just used them cold, not frozen. I read not to freeze them. we used frozen wash cloths a lot

I always just chilled them in the fridge. Freezing seems too harsh and I'd worry about it actually being too cold for the baby's mouth.

Everything I've read has said not to freeze teethers; just keep them cold in the fridge.
They sell teethers that look similar to pacifiers. They're called Razz something. I don't know anything about them other than the fact that they exist.
